शुल्क वापसी की नीति
1. Return Policy.
We have 24 hours Return policy it is as following.
1(a) Mis-shipment - If in case mis-shipment happens i.e. incorrect product is delivered we will need an uncut video of parcel being received by customer from delivery person and unboxing the parcel to show inner products, the video must clearly show the shipping label and should clearly show that the package was not tempered or damaged.
We may need further information from you regarding this issue. We reserve the right to reject any mis-shipment claims. Mis-shipment claim has to be filed within 24 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.
1(b) Damages and issues - If the package is tempered or damaged then the customer should reject the delivery and write remarks about damage of parcel on the proof of delivery document provided by delivery person and send us the image of the same.
In case a product is received in damaged, leaked condition then we will need an uncut video of parcel being received by customer from delivery person and unboxing the parcel to show inner damaged product and send us the video.
We may need further information from you regarding this issue. We reserve the right to reject any claims. Claim has to be filed within 24 hours after the order has been marked as delivered.
1(c) If the order is delivered to someone else due to wrong address, wrong mobile number etc. then we will not refund any amount as it is your responsibility to provide correct shipping information at time of placing the order.
Note: Customer will have to ship the order to seller themselves in cases where return pickup is not available from customer address by our courier.
2. Cancellation Policy.
2(a) Order once placed can not be cancelled by customer. If customer wants to cancel the order then he can request us but we reserve the right to accept or reject cancellation request and we will charge 10% of order amount as cancellation charges if we accept the cancellation request.
2(b) We reserve the right to cancel any order without any reason. If an order is cancelled from our side then full refund will be issued.
3. Refund policy in case of non delivery due to customer.
If the order has not been delivered and returned due to your unavailability, Rejection, wrong mobile number, wrong address, or if you are not able to collect it from courier company office in case of out of delivery area address then a refund will be made after deducting 10% from the order value which covers transaction charges, packing charges, manpower used and other sources used to fulfill your order and both side courier charges paid by us to the courier service provider (even if we have provided free shipping to customer) for the order will also be deducted from the order value.
Though we may also in some cases refund full amount to the customer but we reserve the right to either deduct these charges or to provide full refund. Or, we may reship the order. But we reserve the right to reship or not to reship the order.
Refund (if applicable) will be issued in above case after the order is returned back to seller and after refund request has been made by the customer. Though we may also issue the refund before the order is returned back to us even without the request of customer.
4. PAYMENTS:
To help facilitate payments you can use the payment services available on the website.
While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Platform, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to: Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or payment issues arising out of the transaction, or transaction failure for any other reasons.

4. Force Majeure - If an order gets undelivered due to force majeure then we will have no obligation to refund you.
