Aconite is a CIB-registered Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC insecticide from the anthranilic diamide group, recommended on the label across rice, cotton, sugarcane, pulses, oilseeds and a range of vegetable crops. It activates ryanodine receptors in the pest's muscles, causing rapid paralysis; it acts mainly through ingestion, so affected larvae stop feeding — and stop damaging the crop — within hours.

How to Use Aconite

Identify your crop in the table above and note the recommended dose and water volume per acre.
Fill the sprayer tank about one-third with water, add the measured dose of Aconite, then top up while stirring to mix evenly.
Spray as a fine, uniform mist over the full plant, including the underside of leaves and developing fruit.
Spray in the early morning or evening, avoiding strong wind, and skip application if rain is likely soon after.
Start spraying as soon as pest damage or moth/larval activity is first noticed, rather than waiting for heavy infestation.
