Tagmycin

Tagmycin is a broad spectrum chemical bactericide. It is recommended for selective control of bacterial disease of plants. Tagmycin is very effective when applied after the crop is infected and hence has good curative action against bacterial infection in plants.

Recommended uses :

🌾 Rice (Spray Treatment)

• Disease: Bacterial Leaf Blight 🦠
• Dose: 6 g in 60 L or 120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • Soak 60 kg of seeds for 2 hours before sowing ⏳.
  • Dip seedlings in the solution before transplanting 🌱.

🌾 Rice (Spray)

• Dose: 6 g in 120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • 1st spray at the early boot stage 🚜.
  • 2nd spray 20 days before grain ripening 🌾.

🌶️🍅 Chillies and Tomatoes

• Disease: Black Spot ⚫
• Dose: 6 g in 60-120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • 1st spray 30 days after sowing 🌱.
  • 2nd spray 30 days after transplanting 🔄.
  • 3rd spray at fruiting 🍅.

🍵 Tea

• Disease: Blister Blight 🦠
• Dose: 6 g in 60-120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • Mix 40 g with 350-450 g Copper Oxychloride 50% WP in 67 L of water per hectare 🌿.
  • Spray on seed bed 20 days after sowing 🌱.
  • 2nd spray 15 days after transplanting 🔄.
  • 3rd and 4th sprays at 15-day intervals 📅.

🥔 Potato

• Disease: Brown Rot 🦠
• Dose: 6 g in 60-120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • Dip cut potato pieces for 30 minutes before planting ⏳.
  • 1st spray 20 days after planting 🌱.
  • 2nd spray 15 days after the 1st spray 🔄.

🥒 Cucumber

• Disease: Leaf Spot 🍂
• Dose: 6 g in 120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • Spray 2-3 times at 15-day intervals 📅.
  • First spray 30 days after sowing 🌱.

🌿 Cotton

• Disease: Angular Leaf Spot & Black Arm ⚫
• Dose: 6 g in 60 L or 120 L of water 💧
• Treatment:
  • Soak 12-15 kg of seeds for 2 hours before sowing ⏳.
  • Three sprays at 20-day intervals 📅, starting 30 days after sowing 🌱.

🍋 Citrus

• Disease: Citrus Canker 🦠
• Dose: 6 g in water 💧
• Treatment:
  • Spray as soon as canker spots appear on leaves and fruits 🍋.

🍇 Sugarcane, Mango, Grapes, etc.

• Disease: Bacterial Diseases 🦠
• Dose: 6 g in 60-120 L of water 💧
• Note: Bacterial diseases may occur in these crops in certain regions 🌍.
