Aconite Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC Insecticide

Aconite (Chlorantraniliprole 18.5% SC) is a CIB-registered systemic insecticide from the anthranilic diamide class. It activates the ryanodine receptors in the target insect's muscle cells, triggering uncontrolled contraction and rapid paralysis. It works primarily through ingestion, so pests stop feeding within hours of exposure to treated foliage.

Recommended Crops & Dosage

Per-acre doses are converted from the official per-hectare label rate (1 ha ≈ 2.47 acres). Always confirm against the product label before spraying.

How to Use

1. Calculate the total spray volume needed for your field area using the water volume above.
2. Add the measured dose of Aconite to a partially filled sprayer tank, then top up with water while stirring/agitating continuously.
3. Apply as a uniform foliar spray using a knapsack or power sprayer, ensuring full coverage of the crop canopy.
4. Spray during early morning or late evening; avoid spraying in windy conditions or before expected rainfall.
5. Time the application to coincide with early pest infestation for best results.
